La villa, finemente arredata, presenta un ampio e lumino ambiente cucina/soggiorno,2 accoglienti camere da letto al primo piano,2 bagni,ampio living/studio con di divano letto matrimoniale al secondo piano e terrazzo panoramico che gode di incantevole vista sul mare. Tutte le stanze sono dotate di connessione internet, smart TV con Netflix. La villa si trova a 50 metri dalla spiaggia e a 2 km dal centro di Pizzo Calabro

Boutique appartement aan de 'kust der goden' in Parghelia/Tropea in Calabrië. Verbouwd en vernieuwd in 2020. Max. 4 pers. Geen dieren! Leefruimte en ingerichte keuken met wasmachine/droogkast, vaatwas, koelkast, oven, inductie kookplaat. 2 slaapkamers met dubbele bedden en ruime kasten. Badkamer met douche. 2 ruime terrassen, gemeenschappelijk zwembad (zomer geopend Juli en Augustus en gratis te gebruiken) Strand op loopafstand, voor de deur! Airco, WIFI, kluis, parkeerplaats voor de deur.

Casa di nuova costruzione,posta in zona residenziale a 150 mt. dal mare,arredata interamente con mobili nuovissimi nei minimi particolari, cucina munita di lavastoviglie,bagno con box doccia e lavatrice,aspirapolvere, stanza da letto e un divano letto,aria condizionata nel servizio sono inclusi lenzuola e tovaglie.C'è anche una doccia esterna utile soprattutto per quando si ritorna dal mare!Tavolino e sedie esterne con divanetti.Trovate la bellissima Soverato a soli 2 chilometri!!Buona vacanza

La casa è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia ed è un rifugio perfetto tra mare e cielo. Le grandi vetrate permettono di ammirare il mare che si estende all’infinito e regalano lo spettacolo mozzafiato dei tramonti infuocati. This unique apartment is located in a restored vaulted stone cellar in an over 200 year old palazzo perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea. Relax on your private garden terrace, enjoy the late morning sun, have an aperitivo while watching the sunset. From this residential area of the oldest part of Pizzo's centro storico it's just a 2 min walk to the lively main square with a good choice of restaurants, bars and grocery shops. The local beach is a 10-15 min walk downhill.

Residenza Gherly is located in a small paradise surrounded by unspoilt nature in a very panoramic position. Our private sandy beach is only 200m from the property. The studios are furnished in a simple and essential way with a terrace and a breathtaking sea view overlooking the crystal clear sea. Calabria-Punta Scrugli -N3- appartamento sul mare

In uno dei tratti più belli della Costa degli Dei, nel comune di Briatico, tra Tropea e Pizzo Calabro c'è un angolo di paradiso chiamato Punta Alimede. Ideale per chi ama il mare e la sua pace. La spiaggia dista solo 75 passi dagli appartamenti che sorgono in un complesso privato immerso nel verse e cullato dal suono del mare. Credo le foto possano descrivere al meglio questo luogo magico.

Appartamento ben arredato e molto confortevole; il prezzo standard è per 2 persone ma l'appartamento può ospitare , comodamente fino a 4 persone; per ogni persona aggiunta si paga un extra di € 40 Euro a notte .
