PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me) .Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. La casa è composta da un giardino, un'enorme terrazza, all' interno un elegante open space climatizzato composto da cucina con penisola godendoti la vista sul mare, spazioso salotto con divano che all'occorrenza si trasforma in un comodo letto con altri 2 posti, una stanza da letto climatizzata, una cameretta con letto a castello per bambini o amici, un bagno a due servizi fornito di biancheria. Sono ammessi volentieri animali. Con questo alloggio in centro, la tua famiglia sarà vicina a tutto.

This newly renovated (2024) two-story home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounging on the patio in the large garden. Inside, there's air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a separate study. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and laundry is easy with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All linens and beach towels are provided!

Piccolo appartamento "open space" sul mare con vista mozzafiato e spiaggia privata. Piscina condominiale (giugno/settembre). Ideale per coppie o piccoli gruppi max 3 persone. A pochi km dalle più belle spiagge del sud Sardegna: Tuerredda, Chia, Porto Pino...ed al porto turistico di Teulada. Climatizzato con wifi, zona notte con letto matrimoniale alla francese, zona giorno con tv, mobile/letto a scomparsa, cucinotto indipendente, bagno con doccia bidet lavatrice e due balconcini fronte mare.

Splendida villetta a solo 20 metri dal mare, gli spazi sono stati arredati con gusto e ogni angolo pensato per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Due camere da letto: una matrimoniale con finestra fronte mare da dove potrete sentire il suono delle onde del mare, una cameretta più piccola con un letto che diventa matrimoniale per un' altra coppia o i vostri bambini. La sala da bagno è spazioso con una grande doccia, sono compresi gli asciugamani. La cucina è completa di tutto!

Semi-detached villa on the beach. Big front garden facing the Mediterranean sea with private beach patio to enjoy the sun in complete quietness. Huge external living space to enjoy the summer breeze, night and day. The place is family friendly. The sea is shallow and warm, allowing small children to bath in complete safeness. The main part of the house is outdoor where we have an open plan kitchen overlooking the front garden, the dining area and the large living room.
