Enjoy ocean views and private cove, within 25 minutes drive of Baddeck, North Sydney (Newfoundland ferry terminal), and the Cabot Trail. Smoking and fires of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property. The cottage is very private, surrounded by forest and sea. It typically has good cell phone coverage and we have wifi. Bàta Oceanfront Cottage is a four season retreat on the Cabot Trail. It has expansive ocean views in a very tranquil environment that is close to nature and also accessible to many Cape Breton attractions: golf, hiking, skiing, artisan shops, beaches and more. It offers four bedrooms (and an oceanside bunkhouse) and is well equipped and tastefully decorated. The wood stove makes for a cozy retreat in colder months. It is on a two acre property with a private beach, large yard, and two decks.
