This vacation home has beautiful views, southern exposure , flower gardens and greenery all around. Surrounding the pool in the back yard beside the lake there is a flagstone patio area with a campfire pit. A perfect spot for watching dreamy sunsets. There is a fabulous pool 17x36 ft with a big deck surrounding it. A picnic table and BBQ on the upper patio terrace by the cottage, overlooking the lake. We have lots of gathering places to lounge around and relax in the outdoor patio furniture.

Enjoy 150 feet of lakefront just outside the city limits. This fully remodeled cottage has fun for all to enjoy. There are kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat for those that live on the water. We also have floaties if you just want to lounge and relax by the water. In the winter months you can also bring your ice skates and enjoy skating on the lake and then coming inside for a hot drink by the propane fireplace. The 800 square feet of deck overlooks the water for all your needs.

The Annex is a quaint 3 bedroom home on Brant Ave corridor, ideal for longterm work at Laurier university, the Brantford General hospital, or Brantford Collegiate Institute. It is located 5 minutes from Highway 403 few minutes walk to the Brantford train station and not far from downtown bus depot. It is conveniently situated near , stores, restaurants, casino, golf courses and sports complex. The Annex is a fully furnished with parking in a quite neighbourhood.
