The apartments has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, both with toilet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the home appliances you might need. The living room is spacious and with many large windows that let a lot of natural light in. There is also a narrow terrace to enjoy a coffee while watching people passing on the street. The apartment has been refurbished in August 2017. Baby cot and high chair available under request.

Apartamento con fantásticas vistas frente al mar

Apartamento céntrico frente al mar y la playa con balcón terraza. Super luminoso y vistas increibles. Zona de restaurantes, tiendas y a metros de la Marina. Consta de 2 habitaciones:1 de matrimonio en suite y otra con 2 camas individuales y sofa cama de 2 plazas con terraza. Hasta 6 personas. Amplio living con cómodos sofas, zona de trabajo, comedor y cocina moderna integrada. Ideal durante todo el año. Calefaccionado. El sitio donde disfrutar un amanecer y atardecer únicos.Ecotasa no incluida.

Apartamento frente a la playa

El apartamento se encuentra en el Edificio Presidente. Es un apartamento con vistas al mar y playa, muy iluminado, moderno y completamente equipado con muebles y camas a estrenar. El apartamento tiene un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y en el salon un sofacama. La cocina equipada, dispone de aireacondicionado, tiene piscina. En los bajos tiene un supermercado y esta rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas. Cala Millor es una zona familiar y tranquila. Tiene una de las mejores playas de la Isla.

60sqm with one bedroom, a reading room and a living room. Right it the historic center, few minutes walking from everywhere. Perfect for couples also can host kids under 15yo: 150cm size bed, junior bed and baby cot. 2 more units in the same building, all belong to Poc a Poc Suites turismo interior. Completely equipped: ac, heating, wifi, tv-dvd, washing-dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooking equipment. The stairs at our building are a bit steep like most in the old town, no elevator.

Wonderful apartment on the beach with stunning 180° sea views, with all the amenities to feel comfortable. New apartment, fully renovated. Building surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. 10 minutes walk you have Supermarkets like Mercadona and Lidel. Este apartamento es el más cercano al mar y está junto a la arena, con acceso directo a la piscina y a la playa. Hay una cama doble para 2 personas y dos camas individuales. Además de un sofá cama en el salón. Tiene una terraza al exterior y un jardín privado con diferentes accesos, mesa, sillas y tumbonas privadas. Hay wifi comunitario y además un wifi de mayor calidad, privado y gratuito exclusivo para mis huéspedes

Marina 48: Seafront apartment in Port de Sóller

El apt está situado a primera línea del puerto de Sóller, delante del paseo marítimo, frente al mar. En pleno centro y cerca de los restaurantes, bares, tiendas, y la playa más próxima a 150m. El edificio fue construido a mediados del S XIX, con la última reforma en 2017, siempre conservando el estilo clásico mallorquín. Es un espacio muy luminoso con sol durante casi todo el día.
