Superbe propriété au cadre préservé. Décoration soignée et récemment rénovée. Emplacement unique. Vue panoramique exceptionnelle en 1ère ligne sur les bateaux. Exposition plein sud. Het ruime en mooi ingerichte penthouse appartement "Es Port" ligt direct aan zee en de jachthaven in Portopetro, naast Cala d'Or. Het penthouse van 160 m² bestaat uit een woonkamer, een goed uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, 2 slaapkamers (waarvan één met 2 eenpersoonsbedden) en 2 badkamers en is dus geschikt voor 4 personen. Extra voorzieningen zijn Wi-Fi, airconditioning, een wasmachine en kabeltelevisie, terwijl een babybedje en een kinderstoel op aanvraag beschikbaar zijn.
