Our cottage home has a modern farmhouse feel with designer selected finishes. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom attached, and 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. You will have use of a washer and dryer, WiFi, a full kitchen, and can park your vehicle under a covered carport. There is a fenced backyard with outdoor seating and grill. The house is located within walking distance from Harding University. No tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs allowed anywhere on the property.

The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

Located less then 2 miles from Harding University nestled in historic downtown Searcy, this stylish home features 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths, a large living area, all wood floors, washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen, covered parking & extra parking pads.
