This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The Stilt Studio is a modern retreat just steps from campus and all things central to Bryan/College Station. Located just 1000 feet from the campus golf course and a short 25 minute walk to Kyle Field. The studio is well appointed with everything you need to relax, cook a meal, enjoy coffee on the deck or take a walk through the neighborhood. Enjoy a relaxing stay. Centrally located, this efficiency (cottage) is a stone's throw walk or drive to downtown Bryan and just a 15-minute drive to Texas A&M University. 1 queen size bed. 1 bathroom ( shower only) sink, toilet. kitchenette with pot and pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, etc. A laundromat, a convenience store, and local bus service are directly across the street. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!
