Enjoy newly renovated apartment located just 700 m. walk from city center with a amazing view on the sea and the nearby islands. Apartment is in one level, there is no lot of stairs, its on the first floor of the building. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe and air-condition, opposite is a bathroom with shower. There is also spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen. From living room you can reach second bedroom with separate beds and small bathroom. From double bedroom and living room you can access terrace with furniture where you can relax, dine and enjoy the view. The apartment is in nice position, walking distance from, center, nearest beach, restaurants, bars and markets. Hvar is a well preserve island with a unique vibe, where you can experience history and tradition, culture and have relaxing fun vocation. Guest will have access to the property private parking. Full privacy is guaranteed. We are available for questions before arrival through mail or phone. During the stay we respect your privacy but are more than happy to share tips on the island and things to do and see. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the center of picturesque Hvar with its restaurants and bars, and just ten minutes from the most beautiful beach on the island, Pokonji Dol. Although the mail spots are walking distance (beach, port, riva, city center, markets, restaurants, bars, clubs), it is convenient to rent a car to drive around the island to discover its well preserved villages and hidden beaches. Taxi is available near main square and there is also bus station.

Artistic studio next to a turquoise beach!

Lugares de interés: It is very near Jelsa and at 3,5 km to another village called Vrboska. In both places there are many restaurants and during the summer there are plenty cultural activities going on. It's a perfect place for sports such as windsurfing, biking, jogging and a tennis court is very near. Also perfect for family time!. The house is located in a Podstine bay, 20 min walking from town center. It is ideal for those who don't want to be in the middle of crowds, but easily accessible to all that the city center offers. It is located in small town Milna, 4 km away from the town of Hvar.Apartment has private terrasse with beautiful view,free wi fi, air condition and private parking place.You can swimm in front of the house on the rocky beach or on the pebble beach 200m away. In Milna you will find a few restaurats,mini market and bakery. It is possible to rent a scooter or boat in Milna.There is also a bus connection with other places on the island.
