Situated at the end of an 8 mile single track road off the NC500, it's perfect to explore the Highlands. Adventure, stunning views, silence and the elements, our cosy, romantic Bedstee has an intimate and nostalgic rustic feel. Created with love and attention to detail, we wish that you will experience a unique stay in a wonderful little crofting township. Dogs on leads are very welcome.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

Bibury Hidden Dovecote (Grade II Listed)

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. This converted dovecote has a stunning bathroom, copper bath, wet room shower and beautiful double bedroom with terrace. Situated in a quiet but central location in Bibury with parking and breakfast. Perfect for a secret romantic break. Situated conveniently for Burford, Cirencester and Cheltenham, you can explore South Cotswolds.

The Old Potting Shed, cosy retreat with hot tub

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

The Granary

Take a break and unwind in the beautiful Wicklow Mountains at this cosy cottage with views overlooking a meadow where cows and sheep may often be your neighbours. The possibilities are endless with Roundwood and Glendalough so close, you can go for a hike or enjoy some food and drink at one of the great pubs and restaurants local to the area. Taking a stroll around the lakes, exploring the Wicklow way or mountain biking are just a few of the many things you can do to enjoy your stay.

Small Cotswold cottage / annex

Self-contained single-storey annex set in its own grounds. Newly decorated with off-road parking; south-facing garden with terrace. Ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds and minutes away from Burford and Jeremy Clarkson's pub, the Farmer’s Dog. Perfectly positioned to visit Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bibury. 6 miles from RAF Brize Norton. Using non-toxic household products where possible and putting sustainability at the forefront by using refillable bottles.

The Little Cabin by the Lake

Escape the Christmas chaos and unwind in the cosy comfort of our beautiful cabin, festively decorated in December. Snuggle up by the log burner whilst looking out at our peaceful lake, surrounded by ancient woodland. A private couples’ retreat for relaxing, unwinding, and sharing magical moments in nature. If you can pull yourselves away from your woodland hideaway, the lovely village of East Hoathly isn’t far, with a cozy café, village shop, and friendly local pub to explore.

Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! ( plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)
