Architecturally significant and award winning eco house one mile from Bristol City Centre situated in the leafy suburb of Redland. The self contained property is well equipped, sleeping up to five people comfortably. There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. Gorgeous, spacious, welcoming and private. Parking

'Home from home' is how I like guests to feel whilst staying at this welcoming, clean and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It's a lovely, light filled property, tastefully decorated with quality furniture, art and comfortable beds, and offers a patio, garden and off street parking in a village, 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes the City Centre. Failand has a popular pub and grocery store/cafe and is a great place to enjoy glorious countryside yet with close proximity to Bristol.

Two double rooms with kitchenette in Totterdown

The guest suite is the ground floor of our house. We live upstairs and the front door and entrance corridor is shared with us. There are no doors on the stairs separating the floors. Double rooms with king-size beds. No tv. Small toilet and small shower room. Mini kitchen with combi oven, single electric hob, fridge, kettle, toaster. Tea, coffee, milk and cereal provided. Free street parking. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues, due to stairs, small toilet and shower

Large house with easy transport links to Bristol and Bath. Clean, light and airy featuring different artists/artwork, plenty of greenery, a garden and driveway. All recently decorated. Old Stables, hidden period gem, spectacular garden

Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
