We are nestled in a quiet neighbourhood just a 20 minute walk from the beach, The Lanes and Brighton Station. The room has an airy feel to it with lots of exposed wood and natural light. Guests have their own private entrance and free parking space outside. We can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Parties of 3/4 adults can’t be accepted.

Taxis to towncentre cost around £10. PARKING VOUCHERS ARE AVAILABLE IF RESERVED IN ADVANCE £5 PER DAY.

Located on the 14 bus route which takes you directly into Brighton.The bus stops are literally right outside and run every 15 minutes. 2 miles from Newhaven ferry port.

Beautiful spacious lower gd floor one bedroom apartment with your own private walled garden, just 10 mins walk up from Brighton station. The flat sleeps 2 with the bonus of splitting the king sized bed into 2 singles if you're travelling with a friend. Located in the friendly Seven dials area of Brighton with it's cafe's and independent shops. Check in is 2.30 pm but flexibility to drop off bags earlier. If you are driving please check info as we have parking restrictions 9am -8pm.

We are about a 20 mins walk from Brighton or Hove and are easily positioned for easy access to Brighton, Hove or Preston Park railway stations, we’re on the excellent No 27, bus service. Walk 10 minutes down the road to the Seven Dials, there are Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Hog Roast and French restaurants.

The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

We are Graham and Shizuka, our two daughters and our sociable Persian cat Saffy. We are offering a comfortable double room with its own entrance in our detached house in a quiet road on the outskirts of Lewes. There is parking in our driveway. 5 minutes walk north or south from the house takes you out onto the Downs yet the town centre is just 20 minutes away.
