Porthcawl Town and seafront are a convenient 20 minute walk, with shops, restaurants and cafes. Newton Village is a 5 minute walk with village green and 3 pubs serving food. Cardiff and Swansea are a 30 minute drive away. Not suitable for children under 16. Included: Bedding Towels Tea, coffee and milk.

Rest Bay Beach Stay

This is our newly refurbished self contained ground floor flat expecting families of 4 who come for the nearby beach. Private lock box entrance and off road parking. Leave the apartment via a private gate to the beach path 100m across the common and you are on the beautiful beach. Rest Bay is a large sandy beach famous for surfing with rock pools and pebbles around the edge.The coastal path walk in both directions is spectacular. 20 minutes walk along the promenade to the town of Porthcawl.

Use this home as a base to visit many other coastal beaches within the region. Does not offer a sea view, but who wants to be inside when the beach is on your doorstep.

Wonderful location overlooking Newton Bay and Ogmore-by-sea South Wales. This pretty little holiday home is situated just a few sandy foot steps from Newton Beach which is dog friendly all year. Enjoy glorious sea views from the sunny secure deck. Situated at Trecco Bay The town of Porthcawl is a 10 minute walk with an plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. An ideal base to visit The Gower, Brecon Beacons and Cardiff Bay.
