Prachtig nieuw penthouse appartement gelegen in een exclusieve villa. U heeft een adembenemend frontaal zeezicht dat uitkijkt over de baai van Rogoznica. Het is een groot appartement van 130m2 met 2 slaapkamers met ieder een privé badkamer, gelegen op de 1e lijn aan het water. De afwerking is van de allerhoogste kwaliteit. U heeft veel kastenruimte, een grote keuken, groot terras, grote living,... Er is 1 staanplaats aanwezig op het terrein. Voor het huis zijn rotsen waar u op kan zonnen.

Newly refurbished and sunny apartment is located in a beautiful classical style 1930’s villa. The apartment boasts a view of the islands surrounding Split and overlooks the unique villa garden you’ll pass through to get to the beach. This 75m2 apartment is ideal to accommodate two to four people. It has a private parkingplace if you are comming with car. The apartment is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, the bustling market, Prokurative and Riva.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Our holiday house is a perfect place for travelers looking for relaxation and a peaceful vacation. Located in Duga bay, just a few steps from the beach and a restaurant, you can enjoy your stay surrounded by the smell of pines and sounds of birds and sea. Due to a partially secluded location, the wifi connection is not great, so bare this in mind if you plan to work while staying with us.
