Our quaint town, 8 miles north of Mt. Washington, is a prime location for everything outdoors: year round HIKING, (1.7 miles to AT) & BIKING trails, 100s of groomed ATV/snowmobile trails, swim, fish, canoe, kayak and tube the pristine rivers, waterfalls & emerald pools and SKI THE SKI RESORTS within 10-30 miles. The small town of Gorham caters to tourists: a dozen great restaurants, antique & gift shops, railroad museum, opera house & town common all within easy walking distance of the studio.

Our home is located in the heart of the White Mountains in Berlin, NH. From the front door, you can ride your snowmobile or ATV down the street and onto the nearby trails. The property offers something for everyone with world class skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and ATV riding all within arms reach. This unit was just renovated with an updated kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings. Kick back and relax with super fast WiFi and YouTube TV (60+ channels including all the major sports channels).

The Banker's Suite

The tiny mountain town of Gorham, NH, The Banker's Suite is on the second floor of the famous SAaLT & Libby's. In this historic bank building, you will find a beautiful contemporary design complementing the historical elements of a century old building. With 11 windows you will see bright sunshine, views of the Western most Mahoosuc Range and the northern White Mountains sunsets, our gardens and a rural Main Street. We think of this spot as a little bit "urban" in the Great North Woods.

The Summit

This cozy third floor efficiency apartment is located in the heart of the White Mountains. Views of the Androscoggin River and the summits of the Presidentials are in sight from this 20th Century Victorian style apartment. Less than 30 minutes to Presidential Range hiking and Wildcat Mountain skiing! This spacious 2nd-floor apartment features large bedrooms, an in-unit washer/dryer, and scenic views. Start your morning with coffee on the front porch, and end your day around the backyard fire pit. Perfect for families or friends, with two queen beds and plenty of space!

Sunny studio with king bed, private entrance, garage parking. Small but complete kitchen (under counter refrigerator). Great views of the Wildcat river. WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly. Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.
