Samostojeća, nova prizemnica 2020-te godine ograđena i okružena zelenilom i maslinama, sa bazenom. Mirno naselje, u blizini park šume ( trim staza, bicikla), blizina centra 3.5 km, besplatan parking ispred samog objekta, besplatno korištenje interneta...Kuca se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe ( bračni krevet) svaka sa svojim kupatilom, unutarnje i vanjske kuhinje, dnevnog boravka sa kaučem na razvlačenje (bračni krevet), velikom natkrivenom terasom, ostavom sa mašinom za pranje rublja, te mali wc.

Samostojeća kuća sagrađena 1890 godine potpuno je obnovljena za ugodan boravak u opuštajućem okruženju. Nalazi se na istočnoj obali Istre, u mirnom selu udaljenom 15 km od Labina i najbliže zračne luke Pula 45 km. U produžetku terase nalazi se privatni bazen s uređenom plažom s 8 ležaljki i 3 suncobrana. Casa Iria pruža prekrasan pogled na more od kojeg je udaljena 1,5 km. Vila Andreja je moderna i elegantna kuća za odmor. Ova vila nudi smještaj za 8 gostiju.Kada uđete u vilu nalazi se dnevni boravak sa blagovaonicom i potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom. U prizemlju se nalaze 2 spavaće sobe. Svaka spavaća soba raspolaže s televizorom, klimom i privatnom kupaonicom. Tu je jos i wc sa perilicom i sušilicom.Na prvom katu se nalaze druge dvije spavaće sobe i terasa. U dvorištu osim ležaljki i bazena nalazi se i ljetna kuhinja.
