Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Einzigartig ist auch ihre Blick auf den Hafen, das Stadtzentrum und Korsika, das nur 8 km über die Straße von Bonifacio entfernt ist, und die hauseigene Autoelektroladestation, die 2 E-bikes und 3 Fahrräder. Cala Sole, casa con piscina

Immersa in un giardino ricco di ulivi ed alberi da frutto, la casa fa parte di un piccolo residence, il podere "Cala Viola", con 7 case indipendenti. La casa si trova al piano terra ed è dotata di due verande esterne con vista sul giardino, dove poter cenare godendo della tranquillità del luogo, e potrebbe capitare di avvistare qualche daino in lontananza! Nel giardino una jacuzzi, una piscina, un'area giochi e una zona barbecue. Meta ideale per una vacanza ad Alghero tra natura, mare e relax!

Exclusive spacious and light traditional, tastefully furnished house on three levels with great lake view on big terrace. Big Yoga shala with finnish sauna across the street. WIFI. Good for couples, amazing for cycling, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit. Public parking

Nica’s House Spaziosa casa indipendente situatoa a Sorso, a piano terra, vista mare, a 3 km dalla prima discesa a mare, in una zona residenziale, centralissima e collegata con tutti i servizi presenti e alle spiagge . A 200 mt da bar, parco giochi, supermercato. La residenza è composta da un luminoso soggiorno cucina che si affaccia su piccolo patio pavimentato e vivibile, due camere letto, una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli, due bagni. Casa Vacanze L'Agrumeto

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio lontano dal caos, nella pace e serenità di un paese tranquillo e a pochi km dalle più belle spiagge della provincia di Oristano. È un’ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare le spiagge del Sinis, la zona di capo San Marco ( Putzu Idu, Sa Rocca Tunda), S’Archittu e Santa Caterina, oppure andare a visitare la sorgente di San Leonardo e le cascate, il pozzo di Santa Cristina o i numerosissimi nuraghe presenti nella zona.

Sardinian Country House for rent

Sardinian Country House (Stazzo) overlooking La Maddalena Archipelago. Immersed in nature. Original traditional features, large bedroom and living room, good size kitchen well equipped open to an ample sunny terrace with flowers and herbs. Very comfortable house with stone and wood predominance for a cool and relaxing stay! A cat is living in the property but she is used to live outside and we take care of her food.
