Nice place! Superb location historic downtown Wilmington. Walk everywhere! 2-5 minute walk to restaurants, theaters, Riverwalk, breweries, parks, child museum, music, marinas, Brooklyn Arts & Wilson Center etc... Really nice completely remodeled! 3-big bedroom, MASTER SUITE w/own bath, open floor plan, all nice new beds (king /queens), new furniture, big kitchen , fun design, natural light & relaxing porch looking down tree-lined street!
