Charming 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath room house located one block to beach /one block to bay. 2 decks: 2nd floor front and deck off of the kitchen. Enclosed porch (with porch swing). Bikes (2 single 1 tandem, 1 surrey), beach tags, outdoor shower, off street parking, Wifi . The famous Atlantic City Boardwalk extends into Ventnor, for running biking or a power walk. Restaurants are in easy walking distance: upscale, sushi, sub shops, and ice cream. Wawa and Ventnor Square Movie Theatre are neighbors!

Games, puzzles, and kids books for entertainment. Washer and dryer free in unit. Open concept living, very clean and comfortable. Sit on the front porch to enjoy the bay view and salt air. Beach tags, chairs, sand toys, and towels provided for summer. Housebroken dogs are welcome to come with you. We have a fully fenced backyard.

This unit is a 2 bedroom apt overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Our home is just steps from the boardwalk/beach for easy accessible fun! You will get an ocean view from every window. Great for family/weekend trips to the AC beach, Tanger Outlets, and casinos! The main casinos are about a 10-15 minute walk away, but are also easily accessible by other means. We are located right next to Ocean Resort in a quiet area. We are also steps away from the famous Tony Boloney’s! Must be 25+ to book.

Perfect house for small/large groups. No prom or senior weeks. In summer, there is a minimum 3-day week rental in July and August. Free use of beach badges, chairs, & umbrellas. Private screened-in curtained porch. 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk + parking. The sunroom has been converted into a 5th bedroom.
