The apartment has period features and is beautifully decorated with Victorian style furniture and décor. The building is located in the heart of Brislington, moments from Sandy Park Road. It is a short journey from Cabot Circus (10 minutes), green spaces, pubs, restaurants and other local amenities' such as fantastic music venues.

The hut is situated in our garden, facing our family home and there is limited outside space. The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Nestled between Nightingale Valley and Eastwood Farm nature reserve, Mylor Lodge is a brand new self contained lodge for visitors to Bristol, Bath and the surrounding areas. Formerly a workshop to the main residence “Mylor” which is a pair of Edwardian villas built in 1905 for the Lord Mayor of Bristol, A.J. Smith. Just a short 12 minute journey to Cabat Circus, yet with river walks and ancient woodlands only 2 minutes stroll, Mylor Lodge offers a haven away from all the hustle & bustle.

There is plenty of street parking available. For guests that are keen to walk, 30 minutes will bring you to the main Bristol attractions such as the docks and the main shopping area ( Cabot Circus).

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We have a spare room in our lovely 3 bedroomed house. The house is in excellent condition, with a large garden and patio area. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of on street parking. As a family we all work in the healthcare sector, working shifts, (inc. night shifts) so someone that will respect that would be preferred. We are close to bus and rail links, and not far from the centre of Bristol.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
