This spacious suite is located at the rear lower level of the home and has a large and picturesque backyard, patio, and private driveway with free parking. Oconee Oasis is only a few miles from UT Medical Center, Neyland Stadium, and downtown Knoxville.

Full basement with outdoor spaces overlook the neighborhood lake surrounded by a half-mile walking trail. Two bedrooms and a full bath with tile shower are tucked away. The king room has a balcony with a lake view and the queen room has air hockey.
