This is a unit in a Historic building. You will have the entire right side of the building to yourself with private entrance. The house is located on a 3 acres lot with mature trees around gives it a peaceful setting. It is 5 minutes from downtown Anderson, within 15 min to all major shopping and restaurants, and a 30 min drive to Clemson Uni. There are 2 King size beds, and 3 Queen size beds that can comfortably sleep 10 people. The kitchen has full size fridge, stove, oven, and microwave.

We recently purchased this gorgeous home on Lake Hartwell, in a secluded cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood (6 miles to Clemson..ALL BACKROADS) You will have the entire bottom floor with separate entrance . Enjoy beautiful lake views on the covered porch or from our dock. A Private Neighborhood Boat ramp is 25 feet from our home. Bring your boat, use our dock, space for multiple trailers. Driveway parking. Dogs Welcome! ($25 pet fee/entire stay)

Haven on the Lake-Entire downstairs, near Clemson

Beautiful setting on Lake Hartwell. Guests will have the entire downstairs which includes 2 bedrooms, bar area and entertainment area. Guests may bring their boat and dock it. There is plenty of room for trailer parking on premise and the boat ramp is less than 1/4 mile from house. Stay includes 2 hand thrown coffee mugs made by Purple Unicorn Pottery. Please note upstairs is private residence, hosts live there.

There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend.
