Beautiful lake house for family fun in wonderful neighborhood, 15 minutes from Clemson. 2 kings, 2 queens , 2 doubles, crib, pack&play, Roll out toddler cots. Well equipped kitchen. Gas logs in living room. Wonderful deck with outdoor table and plenty of chairs for relaxing and enjoying views. Huge dining table seats 8 to 10. Antique bar in den. Large den has sectional sofa and 4 LazyBoy recliners Fire pit , grill , hot tub. Deck has nice view of lake. Dock has 2 double kayaks Enjoy!

This quiet cove is a perfect location for a family get away. With three Kayaks, firepit, and easy water and dock access this will make family memories to talk about for years to come. This one story home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on main level( 1 King, 2 queens) and the bonus room has two twins and queen futon. This home has a large living room and three season porch with great water views and a perfect napping spot after playing in the water or enjoying watching all the lake activities.

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.
