El Rincón de Laura se ubica en Villa Las Rosas la cual es muy segura y tranquila fuera del bullicio de la ciudad, el acceso final 200 metros no está pavimentado , nos encontramos en el punto medio entre Ensenada y El Valle de Guadalupe, enfrente del Hotel Las Rosas. Podrás disfrutar en no más de 5 minutos, restaurantes de alta calidad, cervecerías artesanales y cavas vinícolas de la región, por otro lado Instalaciones cercanas como gasolinera, mercados y servicios básicos.

Departamento , bien iluminado y con entrada independiente. Cuenta con cocineta, AIRE ACONDICIONADO. Ideal para una pareja. El alojamiento tiene una cama Queen. No cuenta con cochera pero cuenta con lugar exclusivo frente al departamento. Ubicado en un vecindario tranquilo, a pocos minutos del centro y Macroplaza del mar y de la playa. Puedes llegar en vehículo a la zona turística en 10 minutos aproximadamente. El moverse en uber o trasporte publico es una buena opción.

Entire apartment for 3 people with private and secure parking. Across the street you have a very nice view of the estuary. You will have everything very close by such as shops and restaurants. Located on the outskirts of the city, 10 minutes away from La Bufadora and 5 minutes away from the beach by car. (20 minutes away walking) The apartment gets deep cleaned before guests arrive, blankets and bed sheets are washed and changed between guests.
