Our three warm and cosy pods are situated behind the main farm steading in a quiet setting away from the road and next to a small beck. The pods all have underfloor heating so you are guaranteed to be warm no matter the season. With excellent access from junction 36 of the M6, we are situated at the top of the beautiful Troutbeck Valley, with views down towards Windermere Lake. HowBankAmbleside is a luxury house In the Ambleside conservation area, fully set up for a memorable stay and located two minutes from Ambleside's amenities. Tucked away in an elevated position next to Stock Ghyll Beck, with its sounds of cascading water, there are views to the Fells throughout. Our hot tub for 6 is under a slate roof for use in all weathers. There are many walks from the door so you can leave your car at the house during your stay.
