Modern 3-bedroom villa with ample outdoor space, 8 minutes' walk from Manta Rota beach.<br><br>The property comprises 2 floors:<br><br> - Ground floor: entrance hall, living/dining room, fitted kitchen, utility room, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. It has access to 2 patios, one facing east, with a table and chairs, barbecue, sink and outdoor shower, with ample space to enjoy family meals outdoors. There is also a smaller patio at the entrance to the house, facing west.

The house is equipped with all the facilities what you will need to relax after a day on the beach or discovering Algarve coast: full equip kitchen, living area with smart tv, free wii-fii, double bed and bathroom with shower. Authentic and completely renovated traditional townhouse, on the ground floor in the old pedestrian centre of Olhão. A couple of seconds away from the seafront, yet very quiet! The house is equiped with all modern amenities. This traditional house dates back from the 19th century and combines traditional housing with modern living.
