The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

Beautiful thatched cottage annexe on edge of farmland, with 3 double bedrooms (one adjoining), 2 ensuite bathrooms, beamed living/dining area, well equipped kitchen. King sized beds. Unrestricted access to beautiful large fenced and hedged garden set in 3 acres. Secluded outside dining area under a gazebo. 4 ring gas bbq and fire pit. Exclusive use of cedar hot tub till 10.30pm for a one off payment of £60. Seven path labyrinth sits in our adjacent paddock. A tranquil setting. Chill out time!

The cottage is animal and children friendly, with plenty of walks straight from the door. The living space is open planned with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained country cottage in Sarratt - providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. We provide high end accommodation for 2 adults in an area which has plenty to offer in the heart of the stunning Chess Valley. Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.
