A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Situated behind the main home with its own private entrance off the garden is a wonderful and private one-bedroom studio fitted with modern quality furnishings throughout, including a kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle. The room has under-floor insulation and air conditioning, and a Smart TV. Free unlimited broadband is also provided. The room can comfortably accommodate two adults and spare (portable) beds can be supplied for an infant (up to 3 years) and a child.
