Located near the Seymour River and the Baden-Powell trail network. Close by are Capilano University, Capilano and Lynn Valley suspension bridges, Deep Cove Village, Maplewood Flats bird refuge, and Lonsdale Quay. Downtown Vancouver is 25 mins. by car or bus, a few steps away. Free street parking.

You’ll love the location - one block from major bus routes, a short 10 minute drive into Gastown, 15 minutes into Downtown, minutes from Hwy 1 on/off-ramps and restaurants and coffee shops are a good walk or short drive away. 3 local ski mountains are not too far, and the 2010 Olympic venue of Whistler Mountain is only a 1 1/4 hour drive! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

You also have access to the common grounds for the entire property that includes grill, hot tub, fire pit with real wood and table for picnic by pond. two swinging chairs from tree, and two floating chairs with gas fire pit by pond. Community pool access just across from property.

Our property is "off the beaten path" backing onto the Trans-Canada trail and open fields which boast the spectacular views of Mt. Baker. Guest suite is located on the lower floor with its own private entrance at the rear of the home. The space is bright and spacious with windows and is self contained with 1 bedroom, kitchen, living area and bathroom. The Airbnb host lives upstairs in the home but their area is completely separate from the guest area. My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife and Skytrain.
