Luxury Apartment by the Sea

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. it is fully equipped as you are home, new and new renovated, have air conditioner, dryer machine, fully kitchen equipment, and as it is very central all the windows and doors are very good soundproof PVC, the beach is 5 minutes walking away from the apartment, the restaurants and bars, supermarkets all just a few step from it, the chopping area like corte inglés, zara,… also about 10 minutes walking from it.

Beautiful beach views - in historic oldtown

Stylish high ceiling flat with two balconies and fantastic beach view. Recently redecorated to high standard. Only 100 meters as the seagull flies away from beach or a 5 minute walk. Situated opposite a park in a quiet location, the flat is only a few minutes stroll from buzzing old town, restaurants, bars & nightlife. The flat is family friendly. Baby cots, high chairs, basic push prams etc provided on request. Air conditioning in most rooms as Alicante's summer can get unbearably hot & humid.

Supercute apartment in Guardamar.

Beautiful and lightful apartment only 300m away from the stunning beach of Guardamar. Includes a double bed, 2 single beds, a foldable bed and a sleeping couch. Living room with open kitchen. One bathroom. And a perfect terrace for a nice dinner. Fully equipped apartment. With washing machine. The building has an elevator and access for the disable. Well connected by bus and only 50m away from the supermarket, the park, and shops and bars but at the same time in a very chill and quite area.

Luminosos apartamento con un agradable balcón donde poder desayunar disfrutar de las vistas a la catedral y al centro histórico de Alicante. Ubicación idílica, a dos bloques de la playa del Postiguet y frente a la catedral San Nicolás. Es una 4a planta con ascensor en zona peatonal donde podrán encontrar los mejores restaurantes y tapa's bar de la ciudad. Está a los pies del Castillo Santa Barbara y entre la Famosa Explanada y La Rambla. El lugar perfecto para disfrutar plenamente de la ciudad.

El Apartamento está en el Corazón de Alicante en el Casco Antiguo, con unas vistas inmejorables del Castillo de Santa Bárbara. Ubicado de 3 a 5 minutos de la Playa del Postiguet y el Puerto, también tenemos el Mercado Central a 5 minutos, estamos en Zona de Restaurantes, Bares y Ocio, donde se encuentra también mucho ambiente los fines de semana con el ocio de tarde y nocturno, entre semana es una zona muy tranquila y acogedora! Vivienda luminosa con terraza exterior, TV 55" y NETFLIX, suelo de parquet y baño de mármol, ideal para parejas, familias. Situada en el centro de Alicante en pleno casco histórico artístico, en la misma zona comercial, de tiendas, terrazas y restaurantes, a 2 minutos de la parada del metro-tranvía y a 10 minutos caminando de la playa y el paseo marítimo, acceso a parking público en el mismo edificio. Comunidad limpia, muy tranquila y silenciosa, se exige respeto a los vecinos.

Welcome to our apartment which is perfectly located in antique center of Alicante just next to the entrence to Playa del Postiguet. The apartment is in accordance with all requirements for the "holiday rental" in Spain - license no. VT-497588-A. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building by the beach (just cross the street). The apartment is accessed by elevator or staircase - there is only one apartment on each floor, which makes you feel very comfortable.
