"Big Cedar" for 1 to 6 people - Coastal retreat

This two story house was constructed by a local surfer/builder in the 80s and is being lovingly transformed into an ideal Northern NSW escape! So expect a mix of modern (wifi, brand new bathroom, new beds, furniture, new appliances) with some quaint ol' country charm (fire place, exposed beams, front porch, swaying trees etc). Situated on the edge of the Yuraygir National Park and 60 second walk from stunning Lake Wooloweyah (the sunset stroll is a must!) Three mins drive to Angourie Pt.

The spacious, modern, stylish but cosy unit is centrally located in the heart of beautiful coastal Iluka. Perfect for a short- or longer-term stay. A short walk from almost everything. Ideal for singles or couples. The flat is attached to our main home but very private. If we are home unless we can help with local information you can be absolutely assured your privacy will be respected.

A jewel in the rain forest by the beach to wind down and relax! Fully self contained geodesic dome. Complete with outdoor bath and shower situated in rain forest just out of Iluka. Minutes from multiple pristine beaches. A private space with insect screened outdoor recreation area complete with kitchenette; small gas oven, cook top, fridge, sink and bench space. Your private bathroom 10 meters from the dome. Cosy fireplace, lovely views from the bay window and a skylight in the ceiling.

Comfort in the Cane Fields

The 1950s cane cutters Barracks looks the same outside but inside it has become a comfortable modern guest wing to the 1920s farmhouse. On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. There is a living room and limited kitchenette (no oven or cooktop). Luxury on your own, or up to six together. There are breezy decks all around, with great views over the cane fields, set in the midst of a working farm.

Stay in a unique, off-grid farm stay in a handcrafted recycled timber colour-bond shed house. With a queen bed, single, and pull-out futon, it sleeps up to 3 comfortably but can accommodate 4. Enjoy a cosy wood fire, solar powered and peaceful open-plan charm. Explore walking trails, spot wildlife, visit the nearby rivers and see the famous Golden Dog. Just 20 mins to Clarence Coast beaches—perfect for couples, solo travellers, or small families wanting to unwind in nature.

There's a grocery store in town & a great op shop. The ferry can take you across the river to Yamba. Poochs welcome for an extra fee.
