Welkom in onze 'High Rock Cabin'. Dit centraal gelegen tiny house ligt direct aan de paden. Gelegen in het bos, maar slechts een paar kilometer van Hancock/Houghton! Een slaapkamer op de begane grond met queensize bed en een loft met twee tweepersoonsbedden. Houd er rekening mee dat er een wenteltrap is om toegang te krijgen tot de loft. Niet roken in de cabine. Zal een toeslag van $ 250 zijn als roken wordt gedetecteerd. Ook moeten huisdieren worden goedgekeurd door eigenaren. Zal een extra huisdiervergoeding met zich meebrengen. Er is veel parkeergelegenheid, genoeg ruimte voor een trailer!

Geniet van de UP in dit afgelegen pand met 25 hectare in het resortgebied van Twin Lakes. Sneeuwscooter of ATV rechtstreeks naar Trail 3. Verken de verlaten koperen mijn op het terrein. Wandel naar lokale watervallen of maak een ondergrondse mijntour. Ga naar het water in Twin Lakes State Park. Golf bij Wyandotte Hills. Geniet van een maaltijd en verfrissing in Boondock Inn of Parkview Lodge & Grill. Gas & boodschappen bij Krupp 's Mini Mart of 4 Seasons Convenience. Al deze haltes binnen een paar kilometer van het huis.

Het is gunstig gelegen in de buurt van ruiterpaden en biedt 1/2 hectare off-road parkeergelegenheid. Het ligt ook op minder dan 1,5 km van een populaire bar/restaurant. Groenland, Michigan heeft veel dingen te ontdekken met kilometerslange paden. Een paar voorbeelden in de buurt zijn Adventure Mining Co., Lake Superior, Porcupine Mountains Skigebied en Lake of the Clouds.

Construction completed in 2020, has a deck, a 2-acre pond, 15 acres cleared, woods to wander in, walking distance to Otter River, 19 miles to Houghton, 13 miles to Baraga on Lake Superior.
