Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 3+ bedroom, 3 bathroom house. Located on Sawyer Creek and Fox River right in between Lake Winnebago and Buttes Des Mort. Just minutes from EAA, local restaurants, and everything Oshkosh has to offer. Room to dock your own boat along river if needed. Outdoor firepit and shaded patio area along the river. House was originally a duplex but is set up as a single family so you will have to property all to yourselves.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Room for the whole family 1420 Sqft 3 bedrooms with TV's and desks in each bedroom. Large 75" TV in the living room and 65" TV in the basement. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room . Nice new recliners with built-in USB ports to charge your phones,tablets and etc. Many other places with USB ports on night stands,desks,kitchen counter etc. Lots of places to stay charged up! Outside fire pit , gas grill and patio table & chairs .

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This is a great lakeside home close to some of the best fishing spots on the lake. The lake has a sandy bottom where the kids can enjoy swimming or kayaking. Fish off the dock or bring your boat and enjoy the whole lake. It is only a 4 minute drive to the boat landing and bait shop. Launch your boat once and leave it on the boat lift. Boat to many waterfront restaurants or drive to many nearby restaurants and supper clubs.

The channel allows you to dock your boat at the property during your stay. It’s a large home with plenty of space with a newly renovated lower level, including a pool table, ping pong, darts and foosball. Smart TVs in all the right places. 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Brand new queen size murphy bed.

Beautiful cabin feeling home with a huge pond and yard! Great for Bachelorette and Bachelor Parties, Family Birthday Gatherings, or Random Getaways! Paddle boards, swim rafts/tubes, outdoor and indoor games, and wood for firepits included! Spacious outdoor dining space with fireplace by the pond and propane grill (propane and grilling tools included)! Pond is swimmable and is shared with neighbors, but are rarely out at the same time (due to dry past year - pond water level is low)!
