The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. Studio apartment with king size bed, very peaceful area yet 8 blocks to all the action on Tybrisa Street & Pier, 3 blocks to the grocery store, back river and fishing peir for perfect sunsets! 4 blocks to the beach! This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. There is also an on-site Golf Cart that is separately rentable per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). The link to rent the golf cart will be sent when a reservation is made for the house.
