Magnolia Cottage

Magnolia Cottage is set in a central and spectacular rural location and ideally situated to explore both Cornwall and Devon. Wonderfully presented throughout this cottage provides spacious accommodation which is ideally suited for families and friends getting together. The cottage presents with open-plan living, featuring a lovely, fully-equipped kitchen and dining table. Get yourselves comfortable on the plush L-shaped sofa where you can relax and enjoy some fun and games or watch a film on the Smart TV or from the DVD collection. Outside there are extensive gardens and lawns for the kids to play out on all day while you sit on the patio with a refreshing beverage or busy cooking on the BBQ. They will get lost in their own little adventure while you enjoy the surrounding peace and quiet of the grounds. Relax and breathe deeply without any road traffic nearby and at night you can take in the beautiful starry sky and just chill! Enjoy the outstanding natural beauty of the North Cornish coast famous for its surfing beaches or for those Geo-caching enthusiasts Dartmoor National Park offers orienteering and letterboxing. You can unwind in beautiful, unspoilt countryside and explore many hidden treasures along the Tamar Valley. A delightful day out with the family can be spent at Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Padstow, The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Not too far away there are an array of pubs, shops and scenic views. The owners live on site along with their crew (two lovely Labradors, two cats and some cheeky hens!) and are more than happy to help you plan your holiday and advise on where to visit according to your wishes. There are plenty of farm shops nearby with Homeleigh Garden Centre being the closest. Here you can pick up all you need as well as local produce and gifts. The towns of Launceston, Holsworthy and Okehampton are the nearest and all have a rich history. There is a steam railway in Launceston where you can enjoy a trip through the unspoilt countryside of Cornwall. Great cycling along the granite way in Okehampton. You can find golf clubs in Holsworthy and Launceston. Abel's Cottage - secluded cottage Crackington

Delightful converted barn, full of character. Sleeps 6. Secluded rural setting near coast paths & Crackington beach. Family run for over 45 yrs. Featured in The Guardian 13/05/17; 'We head towards the sea for a cliff walk looking over Crackington Haven beach. It feels as though we’re walking at the edge of the world: the contrast of blue sea, craggy coast, gorse bushes & wildflowers is transfixing. The kids love it too. Once in a while, it’s good to feel small & let the landscape dominate you.'

Briar fishermans Cottage and garden by the coast

A Cornish Fisherman's cottage and garden with a modern twist. My place is close to great views, the coast, the harbour, woodland and Under a minute from the coastal cliff path. Stroll down to the Elizabethan harbour and ancient village of Boscastle and close to some of the best Beaches in the country. Great pubs and restaurants walking distance. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and great for families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Easily reached from the airport.

Superb holiday home. North Cornwall Leisure resort

Gorgeous South facing suntrap completely upgraded throughout. Set in an idyllic position with stunning countryside views. 6 miles from Padstow. Guests have free access to bar/restaurant/ man-made beach, leisure complex, including swimming pool and gym, childrens play area and fishing lake. Additionally a health spa and outdoor water activities can be booked separately with the resort. Open spaces for cycling, running and walking. Short drive to EdenProject, Camel Trail and 7 wonderful bays.

'Spy The Sea' Polzeath

My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

Cider Barn - Idyllic All-Seasons Holiday Cottage

Pretty, stylish holiday cottage with wood-burning stove in a stunning village near Totnes, South Devon. Sleeps 4-6. The Cider Barn is in the garden of our home, surrounded by meadows with a river, 2 miles from Totnes, with its cafes, restaurants, bohemian vibes. The cottage has dedicated fibre broadband (100mb). Near Dartmoor and stunning beaches with surf. Private garden, riverside dining, 5 acres of meadows. Next door to great pub. NB We prefer week-long bookings in summer. Car advised!
