It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. This cute one-bedroom bungalow is fully self-contained. Though it is attached to the main house, it has its own private entrance and porch, complete kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer. It is conveniently located in a quiet, southside neighborhood: less than a mile from Lake Mayer park, about 10 minutes from Sandfly & Skidaway, 15 minutes from downtown and River Street, and only 30 minutes to Tybee beaches. There is covered parking at the back and a beautiful live oak tree in the front.

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.
