Great for walking, safe for swimming and renowned for bass fishing, Ballyhealy is a stoney, rugged and wild strand, and a bit of a local’s secret! Saltwater lakes nearby adjoin Lake Tacumshin, which is a special area of conservation- a bird watcher's paradise. A day trip to the Saltee Islands also comes highly recommended!
