You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Parkwood Place Cottage

Parkwood Place is a quaint, 1 bedroom guest house located directly behind our home in a quiet neighborhood West of the Ashley River. The Cottage is a 10 minute car ride to Downtown Charleston, a 30 minute ride to Folly Beach and only a few steps away from the West Ashley Greenway, perfect for walking or biking to numerous shops, restaurants and bars.
