My Deer, You will Love it Here! 1 Bed Eden condo.

Your great getaway starts in this cozy condo! Beautiful mountain views in your own private paradise. Close to three ski resort areas, with the Powder Mountain bus is steps away. After a day on the snow, enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy Summer at Pineview Reservior or the lush golf course. Then return to our pool and clubhouse. Deer and wildlife are nearby on the daily. Grocery and shopping or dining close by. WiFi is good but not guaranteed. NO smoking or pets allowed at entire complex.

Hi there! Welcome to my meticulously maintained condo in one of South Ogden’s best neighborhoods. I raised my son here from 2021-2024 before moving to a single family home down the street. You’ll have access to the entire three-level condo. This includes two spacious bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workout/yoga room with a treadmill, living/TV room, and laundry room (detergent included). My home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for streaming and work.

You have the entire TOWNHOME to you. EVERYTHING IS ALMOST NEW as of November 2020 from the carpet to furniture to appliances to, door knobs and light fixtures. TWO family rooms, TV in every room with Roku. Fenced private back. From the large spacious kitchen/gathering room and big family table. This has the amenities of a 5 Star hotel with all the homey features. This property is close to Pine View, Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, and local hiking trails. We do allow up to two dogs. No cats.
