Experience the joy of staying in an off grid solar powered house. This modern light filled 2 bedroom house with open plan living area offers spectacular ever changing views down the valley and across the sea to Kangaroo Island. The house stands alone on 2.5 acres. Secluded and private country property with 'walled' secret garden, olive grove, orchard, native and exotic trees. Generous living area with polished wooden floors throughout, a cook's kitchen and floor to ceiling glass doors. The main bedroom opens onto the deck and the garden beyond or the stars above. Enjoy the hot water outdoor shower under the sun or stars. (yes, we do also have an indoor shower) Watch the wildlife - native birds, kangaroos and the occasional echidna through the floor to ceiling picture window. There is also a resident family of hares. Telstra & Optus get good reception but may depend on your phone's antenna quality. 90 mins south of Adelaide GPO 5 mins to Deep Creek Conservation Park + 10 mins 4WD drive to Blowhole Beach Experience the scenic walk (or the 4wd road) to the surf and popular fishing spot at Blowhole Beach. 10 mins from Cape Jervis and Sealink ferry to Kangaroo Island. A short drive to Morgans Beach at Cape Jervis, Second Valley and Rapid Bay beaches. Discover the varied walks within Deep Creek Conservation Park with its stunning coastal scenery, or explore beyond to Tunkalilla, Waitpinga and Parsons Beaches along Range Rd to Victor Harbor. Visit the beautiful Raywood Nursery growing and selling exotic and native plants 5mins away on Tappanappa Rd, with a 1000yr old Grass tree in the carpark growing near the carpark. Closed Tuesday & Wednesdays. We have a dam on the property, which may or may not have water, so parents with young children will need to supervise them at all times.

De Klein Pod - Ontspannen, ontspannen en ontdekken

De pod is ontworpen door Troppo Architects en gebouwd door Oscar Builders . In erkenning van de gedachte, ontwerpbenadering en bouwkwaliteit is de Klein Pod spaarzaam ingericht, maar met kwaliteit en doelgericht gebruik in het achterhoofd. De eenpersoonskamer heeft een kleine kitchenette, een loungeruimte, een queensize bed en een verwarming met verbranding. Op het dek kunt u ontspannen op het dagbed. De douche is buiten achter een rustiek privacyscherm.

Een gezellig Tiny Home naast een bos. Ontspan in je eigen buitenruimte, wandel in ons minibos, laat je betoveren door onze overvloedige fauna en kijk misschien een glimp op van de prachtige wigstaartarende tijdens je verblijf. Stel je voor dat je door ons spectaculaire dakraam naar de sterren kijkt, allemaal terwijl je in bed ligt. Ons prachtige kleine huis is het hele jaar door beschikbaar en is inclusief ontbijtvoorzieningen.

The Valley Shack - Wandelen naar Second Valley Beach

De Valley Shack is een moderne opleving van de iconische Australische strandhutten uit de jaren '60 en' 70. Slechts een korte wandeling van 5 minuten naar de ruige schoonheid van Second Valley Beach. Kom zwemmen, wandelen, suppen, duiken om lommerrijke zeedraken te zien of leun achterover en geniet van het uitzicht op glooiende heuvels vanaf het dek. We verwelkomen je graag in ons geliefde vakantiehuis.
