There is a lapa next to the chalet with a fire pit, as well as a picnic deck with breath-taking views overlooking the water-lily covered dam and a beach! The Chalet is located on a 3000 ha private game farm between Mookgphong (Naboomspruit) and Vaalwater with giraffes, buffalo, eland, kudu, gemsbok, zebra, wildebeest, and many other species. Covid 19 response, all our staff are vaccinated and the Tent is completely isolated. There is no contact with any other guests.

17 Zebula Golf Estate (12 beds MAX 8 adults)

Luxury in the bush. This house is located on the Zebula Golf Estate and Spa with 4 large and 2 small en-suite bedrooms (12 beds with maximum of 8 adults) The house has 2 open plan living room areas with TV, full DSTV channels and uncapped Wifi. Fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs entertainment area comes with a pool table and a deck with a view of the pool and boma. It includes a covered wooden deck area with pool which has a safety net. There is also a boma area with a firepit.

Matopos Cabin

Matopos is a rock & wood cabin in a wild syringa forest located on Grootfontein Private Nature Reserve. Guests can unwind in the wood-fired hot tub while enjoying mountain views or gather around the fire for a braai under the stars. This 2-bedroom unit boasts en-suite bathrooms, an open-plan kitchenette, a dining area, lounge area & braai facilities. OFF THE GRID Our units make use of solar power. PLEASE DO NOT use hairdryers / electric blankets / hair straighteners.

Klipsand Tentcamp is nestled at the foot of the majestic Waterberg mountains and the Marakele National Park in the Thabazimbi bushveld. Lots of free roaming game, abundant birdlife and an expansive night sky makes this a nature lover’s delight. This is the ideal getaway from the noise of the city. Come and relax around the splash pool and outdoor fireplace, or take leisurely walks on the farm. The farm is situated in the UNESCO protected Waterberg biosphere.

A bushveld getaway on a private game reserve in the Waterberg Biosphere. Enjoy the cottage hot tub, the tranquility of the bush, walking trails, spectacular game drives, game viewing on horseback, kids pony rides, our heated pool, astronomy shows, and our family friendly facilities. Butterfly cottage itself is a thatched cottage in our game area.
