Dit is een gerenoveerde gastenverblijf dat is gebouwd in 1940. Het heeft geweldige kenmerken uit de jaren '40, zoals hardhouten vloeren, hoge plafonds en grote ramen. We verwijderden 2 grote muren, die keuken/eetkamer/woonkamer openden, naar één grote ruimte. Het gastenverblijf heeft nu een open, lichte uitstraling, met een funky inrichting uit het midden van de eeuw. Ons pand bestaat uit 3 hectare, maar is slechts een blok van het centrum van Boone. De buitenomgeving is zeer afgelegen en natuurlijk - met een beboste heuvel, beek en enorme tuin.
