This large home is over 3000 sqft of living space with the ability to host large groups comfortably. Guests have loved this layout providing ample room for groups to be together and have their own personal spaces. It's convenient to downtown Reno, convention centers, airports, casinos, and shopping centers. Skiing resorts are located within 45 mins to an hour. Access to the Sparks Marina Lake is literally steps away & Legend's outlet, dining, movie theater & entertainment are walkable.

This gorgeous waterfront home is a block from the lake, coffee, & fine dining. It's 3000 sq. feet, 3.5 baths, 2 balconies, a clean 2-car garage, and unlimited hot water. We're in a good neighborhood. There is parking for 10 cars & even semi-trucks. Sixteen people fit nicely. We allow 22 (maybe more if you check in first.) You can easily walk to activities, a beautiful mall, and a big playground. We're on Bayshore Dr. Sometimes available: early check-in, late-out. No-hassle door codes!

The Sparks Marina is a few minutes drive from Downtown Reno and just a few minutes walk to many amazing Sparks attractions including Legends Mall, Wild Waters, IMAX and of course the Sparks Marina itself which offers paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, biking, a dog park and 2 Casino's right out your back door. Paddle boards, kayaks, and bicycles are all provided for your enjoyment free of charge as a courtesy. However, availability is not guaranteed.
