The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

The cabin sits less than 1,000 feet from the Jefferson National Forest near the Appalachian Trail. With the Virginia Creeper Trail at the bottom of the driveway and the beautiful White Top Laurel Creek across the road. Biking, hiking, fishing, and hunting are right outside the door.

The cottage also features an outdoor patio with fire-pit perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

No cleanup chores! Hard Rock Cottage has a bright, open dining area/sun room with a 55 in TV and coffee bar for catching up on the news or watching the game with friends. It has a great outdoor area with comfortable seating and a fire-pit for staying warm on cold nights. For any gamers out there we have an arcade game cabinet with 100s of games and a foosball table.
