Our studio apartment 2+1 is located on the 2nd floor of our family house and provides a free parking. It consists of a big bright room with a king size bed,an additional bed, a full equipped kitchen with dinning-space, a private bathroom and a beautiful balcony which overlooks the roofs of Rovinj and has an amazing sea-view. The apartment has free WiFi, TV and AC. Our house is in a safe neighbourhood, the city centre is a 5min walk and you reach the nearest beach on foot in 10min or 3min by car.

Villa Villetta is a sweet charming villa situated in Novigrad. Villetta is ideal for 2 adults + 2 children in search of relaxation and pure escapism. With 40m2 of floor space, 1 bedroom and bathroom, a living room with a large double sofa bed and a kitchen, there is plenty of space for both socializing and enjoying your own privacy. The beautifully landscaped garden with a 15m2 pool, whirlpool,a lounge area, a sun deck and a barbecue area are made for a great outdoor experience. Private parking.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Petit 19th century casa, Casa Maggiolina, Istria

Beautifully renovated autochthonous stone house of 85 sqm with a yard of 94 sqm, in a small Istrian village, only 15 km from Pula and the first beaches. Vrsar Old town Sea view terrass

A genuine house in a genuine old fishing village in Istria/Croatia. There is a nice roof terass with view over the roofs and the Adriatic sea. Istria It,s the most beautiful part of Croatia, similar Toscana but like it was before and moore genuine. It`s very close from the house to many things: 300 m to the beach, 20 m to the bakery, 50 m to the grocery, 20 m to a wonderful café, 30 m to the church, 50 m to the square with nice restaurants and pubs. 300 m to the harbour.

This wonderful place , owned by the same family for more than 200 years, can only be described as majestic , tranquil and breathtakingly beautiful. The enormous windows allow incredible views down the Mirna valley whose steep hills opposite hold the village of Kaldir to the S.W. and perched on its' fairytale location to the South, the small fortified town of Motovun. Apartment Katja Vrsar

Our apartment is self-standing small house of cca. 70m2, and consists of two bedrooms (each with one double bed or two separate ones, flexible to adapt according to your preferences), a bathroom, and one big space that serves as a living room (with SAT TV and a sofa-bed) and kitchen (with dining room). Also, there is a terrace in front of the entrance, and big lawn with fruit trees and our own garden.
