House is located near Velika Beach, 100m from the sea,only 2 minutes walking distance. Our beach is still virgin without being crowded by people. Next to the house,only 2 minutes walking,there is a small family taverna offers fresh fish and local food.Location is very convenient since is only 15 minutes (driving) from airport of kalamata, 20 minutes from kalamata center, 30 minutes from Koroni, Pylos, 30 minutes from Ancient Messini.Additionally,you can make shopping or put petrol in the village

Your 500m stroll to the beach and castle takes you past local shops, bakeries, cafes and tavernas. Phoebe is great for guests who want space and seclusion. The private garden with dining and sunbed areas has high walls and is shaded by 2 huge olive trees. Our friendly taxi driver will pick you up at the airport if you don't want a rental car.

This newly renovated(2024) apartment right on the beach offers a wonderful sea view from the balcony.
