Only 10-15 minute walk from busses, the Ithaca Commons, West end shops, yoga studios, and Wegmans. The Hidden Gem

Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Cozy country farmhouse with HOT TUB!!

Come Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It’s a great spot for a girls or couples weekend !!! Enjoy a big yard, newly built pond and a hot tub!! You get the whole house & property to yourself. The hot tub is a perfect spot for Stargazing on a clear night !! We have wild life that come out to visit and The new pond is ready for swimming or fishing! Our quiet dirt road is Great for riding bikes and going for walks. This is a great spot unwind and recharge !!!

Clean Well-Maintained Cayuga Lake House in Ithaca

Clean, quiet, well-maintained , modern, comfortable house directly on Cayuga Lake but only minutes from downtown Ithaca, Finger Lakes wineries, Cornell, Ithaca College and gorge hikes. Our house has spectacular lake views, a modern floor plan and beautiful construction and details. New gas fireplace added in 2025. Pet Friendly, Kayaks, Canoe provided. Living room, kitchen with appliances, dishes, silverware, etc bathroom with accessories and king size bed. 2 big screen TV's with cable and WiFi. Beautiful Cayuga Lakehouse weekly rentals July Aug

My place is available for three night minimum in June, July, and August and two night minimum in the off season. We do rent year round as our driveway is promptly plowed and maintained in the winter. We are close to parks and restaurants. Nice ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
