As you stay in a cute, detached, self-contained house near the ocean you are in the perfect place to relax and unwind, with amenities like a sauna, jacuzzi and seaside access for a swim in the inlet below. At your disposal you also have a barbecue and a kitchen with a fridge.In the summer you can relax on the patio with amazing view. The area is sprinkled with islands, forests, rocks and cliffs and make it the perfect place to relax and unwind, take a dip in the clean ocean water, grab the 2 SUP boards (Stand Up Paddle) and go for a ride, or head over to the nearby nature reserve Velamsund for some exploring or a visit to the little local restaurant. A 20 min walk will take you to Riset where you can catch ferries that take you to downtown Stockholm, or if you prefer to drive you will reach the city in 25 min.

Villa Skarpö

Unikt arkitekt ritat hus i Stockholms Skärgård, beläget 35 minuter från Stockholm City. Man tar sig till huset med bil, buss eller båt. Möjlighet till båtplats kan ordnas. Boendet erbjuder alla bekvämligheter och är något för livsnjutaren. Huset är byggt 2015 men har endast använts i tre år och upplevs därför som helt nytt. 150 meter till närmsta badplats. Ytterligare 3 badplatser finns på ön. Ön har en ångbåtsbrygga där man kan åka med Vaxholms båtarna in till Stockholm. Varmt välkomna!

Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Huset är 250 kvm fördelat på två våningar med utsikt över trälhavet och 70 meter ner till bryggan för bad. Två st vardagsrum, kök och matplats och matsal, tre sovrum, bibliotek (som kan göras om till sovrum), badrum med dusch och badkar, en separat toalett sedan en relax med dusch, jacuzzi och bastu Altanen 200 kvm stor där man kan njuta av solen hela dagen, middagar och bubbelpool

Stunning villa 100 m from the ocean in Gåshaga

Beautiful house with wonderful surroundings. Overlooking the ocean from the terrace and two of the bedrooms. The area is great for kids and adults. Within walking distance there are 3 restaurants, ferry to the city and archipelago and train to the city. Two minutes from the house you can swim from the jetty and 10 minutes there is a bath island that is perfect for smaller kids. BBQ at the house. If you want to experience the puls of Stockholm but live in a relaxing area this is the place!

Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Big Garden.

Arkitektritat hus med fantastisk utsikt över havet

Fridfullt, nybyggt hus på 240 kvm med fantastisk utsikt över havet samt inrett för att verkligen kunna mysa och umgås i. Stort vardagsrum, kök och matsal i ett (ca 90 kvm), två vardagsrum till (ett med TV, ett pysselrum). Fyra sovrum, varav ett också är kontor. Tre badrum. Stor altan med många sittgrupper och bubbelbad. Blåbärsris och skog på baksidan och härlig havsutsikt från framsidan. 150m till bad, 500m till lek/badplats, 15 km till Vaxholm, 3 mil till centrala Stockholm.

Panorama sea view house

My place has its own bridge with swim ladder and is located close to Velamsunds nature reserve where beautiful jogging or walking can be done. You'll love my place because of the wonderful 180 degree panoramic view of Stockholm's water inlet and a hot tub where all boats can be watched. Also a large garden with large terraces. Newly renovated with open spaces to hang out in. In general light colours. Only 25 minutes away from down town Stockholm with bus connection .

En sommaridyll i anslutning till Stockholms skärgård med närhet till Stockholm city🏡 Huset tillsammans med tomtens gäststuga erbjuder en harmonisk miljö för hela familjen, med såväl pool som spabad, från uteplatsen kan du njuta av underbar utsikt över Stockholms inlopp. Med några få minuters promenad kan du njuta av ett dopp i havet från klippa,brygga eller strand. Hit kan du ta tid med färja, buss eller bil. Gratis parkering.

Ozzy's hus i Kummelnäs

Vårt hus ligger i en lugn och naturskön miljö - nära sjö och hav. Ozzy som är en tjusig och vänlig katt bor i huset under din vistelse och att ge henne mat morgon och kväll ingår. Kummelnäs ligger nära skärgården men också Stockholms puls. Badsjöar, färjor till skärgården eller city ligger inom gångavstånd. Huset ligger 25 minuter med bil från Stockholm city respektive 30 minuter med buss. Bussen går ca 200 meter från huset.
