Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful sunsets and the sounds of nature.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space nestled among the trees in a gated community. You will be greeted by a spacious deck with relaxing seating and a fire pit in the backyard. Walk Inside and you will find a living area filled with natural light. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry room, a full bath and half bath and queen bedroom. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with a soaking tub and a half bath. The cabin is located minutes from Fall Falls State Park.

Relax with the family at this peaceful home. Unplug and enjoy nature with plenty of outdoor seating arrangements. Enjoy puzzles or board games with the kids. Under ten miles to the entrance to gorgeous Fall Creek Falls State Park. Also close to other parks. Private yard with creek and firepit. Upstairs has a ladder to a loft with two twin beds and twin bunks. Baby gate at top of ladder. Downstairs features queen bed and private bath with walk-in shower. Plenty of space inside and out.

Enjoy campfires under the stars, free-ranging chickens and ducks. Cats and dogs will lovingly greet you! Just 20 min to McMinnville. 10 min to Isha yoga center. 15 min to the Cumberland Caverns. 30 minutes to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island. Cell service is spotty here.
