Also it has 2 bathrooms with shower, dining-kitchen and terrace of approx 20 m2. The apartment is facing West / East, it is on the first floor of a building in the historic center of Valencia, with all the services at few minutes walk. It has A / C cold and heat, WIFI and TV Satellite (Hotbird). Turia River Park is at 50 meters and the Town Hall Square at 10 minutes walk. We are waiting for you! La casa-estudio , tipo loft ,es muy acogedora . Está pensada para parejas. Cuenta con un espacio de 25 m2 para el salón cocina dormitorio + 1 cuarto de baño y un jardín de 18 m2. Está a 3.3 km de la playa ( 5 min en coche). El jardín está totalmente integrado a la casa por sus ventanales de 3.5 metros, lo que visualmente genera un espacio amplio en el que se entremezcla casa y jardín.
